We all know the purpose of this tumblr but I want to ask, do you think Simon Cowell has any responsibility or should have any responsibility in any of this "mess?" The boys have said in many interviews Simon overlooks everything they do and he usually has the final say. I dont know the role of Simon vs. the role of management. I mean Simon is their boss right? Doesn't he have any say in management?

Simon is the owner of Syco and TXF, and Syco is the record label of all TXF’s talents and Modest! Management is the management team for all TXF’s talents, meaning that he obviously has a say towards management but he might not be aware of how exactly management treats 1D. x
